Kari Sam Wuhrer was born on April 28, 1968, is an American singer and actress. Wuhrer's career began as she was still a teenager. Her most well-known performances include Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders; and her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) working as a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). Her family has given her three brothers. As a teenager was a nightclub singer in the night, as well as sneaking out of her family home to perform. She studied acting from when she was 13 years old at Wooster School. She then pursued acting at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts alongside renowned instructor Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer was an American actor, model and singer. She was born in Brookfield on the 28th of April in 1967. Her father is a German American policeman, as well as a salesperson for autos. Kari is the youngest of three children. In her teens her nightclub, she performed while slipping out to perform. Kari began acting at the Wooster school aged 13 before going into drama school at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under renowned Uta Hagen. Kari started performing when she was a teenager. Her first breakthrough came in 1987 with MTV Remote Control.
