Lisa Edelstein was an American actor who gained notoriety as the star of Fox's House medical series. Following her upbringing by traditional Jews from Wayne, New York City was her destination to study theater at Tisch. The school quickly became a fixture in the scene of clubs in New York. Her shows were so good that even local media took notice. She utilised both her musical training and fame to write and perform in a brand new musical called Positive Me. Then she was recruited by MTV to host Awake On The Wild Side. When Awake on the Wild Side was no longer being aired, she began to act in films as well as on TV, starting with short role. In time, her experience in acting was growing.
