LeBron Raymone James Sr. - born 30 December 1984 - is an pro American basketball player. The player is referred to for his role as King James and is considered to be among the best basketball players ever. James was awarded four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs as well as three MVPs of the All-Star team as well as 2 Olympic medals. James has earned the second highest number of career goals, and the seventh-highest assists. James has been named as an NBA All-Star 18 times. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All NBA Teams, and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. The third-highest amount in NBA Finals ever was ten, with eight being consecutive between 2011 and 2018. James has been chosen for his place on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's first player who has accumulated 10,000 or more points in rebounds, assists, and points in his career in 2022. James played basketball for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a potential NBA superstar. The Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the top pick in the NBA draft in 2003. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of Year the player quickly became one of the top league players, winning the NBA MVP title in both 2009 and 2010. James joined Miami Heat in 2010 when the team became a free agent after failing to achieve a Championship with Cleveland. The news was broadcast in The Decision.
