Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was thought to be among the best athletes. The 2016 Olympics were held at Rio de Janeiro and Biles became one of the U.S.'s only female gymnast to earn 4 gold medals. Biles also took home the world championship for all-around three times consecutively (2013-15). Biles grew up within Spring Texas in the Houston metro area, where she and her younger sister Adria had been adopted by parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics at age six during a day-care field trip at Bannon's Gymnastix and stayed there for 11 years under the guidance of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles was a winner in the vault and floor exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before moving up to the elite competition level in 2011. Two years after that Biles had a dominating performance in the sport. Biles's consistent, exuberant character and her high level of effort during her four eventsvault uneven bars, balance beam floor exercise and floor exercise -- set her out from the rest of the athletes.
